1. About Wippi
Wippi is a parental app which lets users connect and set-up their Wippi Player. Wippi Player is screen-free audio device for children allowing them to listen to a wide variety of audio titles suited for all ages and stages of development, and engage in safe, interactive voice engagements. 

2. Our Commitment to Privacy
We understand the importance of safeguarding the privacy and security of personal data obtained from our customers and their children, as well as from other individuals and organizations we engage with (including partners, guardians, educators, and affiliates). This privacy notice outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data in line with Indian privacy and data protection regulations.
We may update this privacy notice from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the revised version on our website and App. If we have your contact details, we will notify you directly about significant updates. You are responsible for reviewing this privacy notice regularly to stay informed of any modifications.

3. Children's Data
Wippi app is designed for parents or guardians ("you"/"your") use only. We only collect data added by parents in their parents account data which are consistent with Indian laws and best practices, and put parents/guardians in control. 
Information You Provide as the Adult Account Holder
If you choose to record your child or family voice, record a story or playlist after your child, upload photos or voice recordings, we may collect and process that information to facilitate your chosen uses and, if applicable, publicly share content (e.g., showcasing a story on our website). This is only used to personalize the experience for the app users. 

Orders, account creation, and membership are restricted to parents or legal guardians. If we discover that a person under 18 has registered independently, we will immediately cancel and delete data and close that user account.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
When you browse our website, we use cookies (small text files stored on your device) to enhance your experience and help us understand how visitors use our website. We also use software development kits (SDKs) and similar tracking technologies in our App to collect usage information. These technologies help us:
- Understand how users interact with our website and App.

We will process your deletion request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been removed, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or legal compliance).
