At the heart of Wippi is a blend of stories, curated radio, from soothing sleepscapes to high-energy learning and advanced conversational AI. It’s a world where kids don’t just listen, they participate.

Whether they’re exploring new worlds or sharing a laugh with their favorite characters, Wippi transforms screen-free playtime into a living, breathing and learning adventure. .

Getting started is simple! Parents use the Wippi App to connect Wippi Player to Wi-Fi, create personalized profiles, and tailor the experience to their child’s age and interests.

Once set up, the magic is in the child’s hands: they simply insert a Story Card to begin an adventure, tune into the radio for songs and lessons, or start a live conversation with Wippi. While kids play screen-free, parents can hop onto the app anytime to see Learning & Activity Insights to track their child’s progress and favorite topics.

Note : A Wi-Fi connection is required to unlock Wippi’s features.

Follow these simple steps to bring your Wippi to life.

1. Power Up

• Plug in: Connect Wippi to a power source using the provided USB-C cable.
• Turn On: Press and hold the Power Button on the back for 3+ seconds.

2. Enter Setup Mode

• Phone Ready: Login into your Wippi App and go to player setup. Turn on bluetooth in your app and follow the steps in mobile.
• Activate Wi-Fi: Press the Wi-Fi Button on the back of the player for 3+ sec to enter Setup Mode. You will see a yellow coloured Wifi animation on your Wippi Player.

3. Adding Wifi credentials via the Wippi App

• Auto-Scan: Your Wippi app will automatically search for your Wippi Player and connect. It will then search for all the available Wifis.
• Selecting Wi-Fi: In your Wippi App select the Wifi you want to connect your Wippi Player and add the wifi credentials.

4. Troubleshooting: player Not Found?

If the app can’t find your Wippi, check the following:

• Proximity:Bring your phone closer to the player.
• Power Check: Ensure Wippi is charged or plugged in.
• Retry: Press the Wi-Fi Button again until you see Yellow Animation on Wippi player to refresh Setup Mode.

• Network Frequency:Bring your phone closer to the player.Wippi works on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks.
• Password: Double-check your Wi-Fi password for typos.
• Fresh Start: Restart the player and stay close to your router during the final setup step.

1. Insert a Story Card

• Turn on your Wippi Player before inserting a card.
• Simply insert a story card into the slot to begin the magic.
• You’ll hear a sound as the card is detected and the story begins automatically.

2. Explore Chapters

• Use the Right Knob to navigate through the story.
• Rotate the knob to browse chapters and press to select or continue listening.

3. Talk to Your Story Character

• Press the Left Knob anytime during the story to start talking to your story character.
• Wait for the light animation and begin your conversation.
• Rotate the Left Knob to increase or decrease volume anytime.

4. Pause/Swap Stories Anytime

• Remove the current card to stop/pause the story.
• Insert another story card to instantly begin a brand-new adventure.

5. Story Card Tips

• Ensure the card is inserted properly and fully inside the slot.
• Keep cards clean and dry for the best experience.
• Store story cards safely after use.

Follow these simple steps to start listening to Radio on Wippi.

1. Prepare Wippi for Radio

• To use Radio Mode, ensure no story card is inserted in the player.
• Also make sure your Wippi Player is connected to Wi-Fi.

2. Enter Radio Mode

• Press the Right Knob to enter Radio Mode.
• Wippi will automatically start playing the Channel 1

3. Browse Radio Channels

• Rotate the Right Knob to explore different radio channels including stories, music, sleep audio, and more.
• Press the Right Knob to play your selected channel.

4. Adjust Volume

• Rotate the Left Knob anytime to increase or decrease the volume while listening.

5. Check Live Schedule in the App

• Open the Wippi App to view the live radio schedule at Home screen.
• Browse shows across morning, daytime, and bedtime sessions to know what’s playing live.

1. Start AI Conversation

• Press the Left Knob to activate Wippi AI.
• Wait for the light animation to turn on before speaking.

2. Ask, Listen, and Explore

• Speak clearly and ask your questions naturally.
• You can explore facts, stories, fun conversations, and much more with Wippi.
• After speaking, pause for a moment and let Wippi respond to your query.
• Take turns during the conversation and keep exploring new questions and ideas anytime.

3. Helpful Tips

• Speak clearly and stay close to the player while talking.
• Ensure Wippi is connected to Wi-Fi for AI conversations.
• Reduce surrounding noise for better responses.
